These terms apply to this website. Demos, pilots, and paid service are covered by a separate agreement.

The FTM site is informational. It describes a freight tracking system and invites you to request a conversation. Nothing on these pages is an offer, a price list, or a service-level commitment.

Product capabilities shown as stylized mockups are a vision of the operations desk — not a guarantee of every feature on day one. Scope is confirmed on a demo and in any later contract.

You may not scrape, copy substantial content for competing marketing, or misuse the contact form (spam, false identity, or automated flooding).

The marketing site itself carries no SLA. Availability, support, and liability for the FTM product are defined only in a signed agreement.
